Adani Enterprises announced on Monday that its subsidiary, Adani New Industries Limited (ANIL), has incorporated a new company, Adani New Industries One Limited (ANIOL). ANIOL is a wholly owned subsidiary of ANIL and will focus on manufacturing and services related to solar and wind energy.
The newly formed company has an authorized and paid-up share capital of ₹1,00,000, divided into 10,000 equity shares. As per regulatory filings, ANIOL will engage in trading and supplying equipment, components, and materials essential for solar and wind energy production. This includes solar panels, inverters, wind turbines, blades, and other related equipment.
By establishing ANIOL, the Adani Group aims to strengthen its footprint in the renewable energy sector, further supporting India’s clean energy goals. The company will play a key role in facilitating the transition to sustainable power solutions by ensuring the availability of critical components for solar and wind energy projects.
Since ANIOL is a newly incorporated entity, it has not yet begun business operations, the company stated. However, it is expected to contribute significantly to Adani’s renewable energy expansion in the future.
