Bhubaneswar, 19/02/2025: Odisha is making big moves to become a global leader in mining and infrastructure. The Odisha Mining and Infrastructure Expo 2025, happening in Bhubaneswar, is expected to play a key role in this progress.
At a special event, Additional Chief Secretary (Industry) Hemant Sharma launched the official invitation and brochure, marking the start of an ambitious plan to make Odisha a major player in the global market.
The expo will bring together over 300 companies from India and abroad, creating opportunities for investments and new technology partnerships. This event will not only help Odisha’s economy grow but also provide a platform for learning and innovation in mining and infrastructure.
Several important figures attended the launch, including Tapan Kumar Chand (former CMD, NALCO), Swami Prem Anweshi (CMD, Futurex Group), Suvendu Naik (Special Secretary), Sudhansu Sekhar Mohanty (Director, Healthcare & Skills, IIG Group), and Soumya Ray (Project Head, Futurex Group’s Odisha Mining & Infrastructure Expo).
