Bhubaneswar, 04/01/2025: Vedanta Aluminium, the biggest aluminum producer in India, has been praised for its efforts in sustainability. It ranked second globally in the S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment for the aluminum industry, scoring 77 points based on environmental, social, and governance factors. This is the fourth year in a row that the company has been recognized as one of the top performers worldwide.
The S&P Global CSA is a well-known assessment that evaluates companies based on economic, environmental, and social performance. It looks at how well companies manage ESG risks, opportunities, and impacts using various sources like company reports, stakeholder analysis, and media coverage.
