Bhubaneswar, 21.06.2025: Vedanta Lanjigarh, a key unit of Vedanta Aluminium, recently brought its employees and partners together—not just for an art competition, but to rethink how workplace spaces can be improved through creativity. Using discarded industrial waste, the teams designed unique sculptures that now brighten the company’s surroundings.
This wasn’t only about art. It was a fun way to encourage teamwork and spark new ideas for using waste materials in a useful way. The event highlighted Vedanta’s focus on sustainability, but more importantly, it showed how employees could take part in making their workspace more lively and thoughtful.
CEO Pranab Bhattacharya said the goal was to inspire people to think differently and work together. The company wants to build a culture where problem-solving and creativity go hand-in-hand.
By turning scrap into beautiful displays, Vedanta is proving that innovation can come from anywhere—even from what we throw away. This effort reflects the company’s belief in smart use of resources and building a greener, more connected future.
