Tata Steel Foundation (TSF) celebrated World Health Day with special programs at Kusupanga Sub Center and Joragadia UP School in Meramandali. The theme for this year was “Healthy Starts, Bright Futures”, focusing on the importance of health and a good lifestyle for a better future.
The program was attended by many local people, including frontline health workers, members of self-help groups, and students. The main aim of the event was to spread awareness about staying healthy and to appreciate the efforts of health workers who have been serving the community with dedication. Various fun and educational activities were organized to help people understand the importance of daily habits like eating healthy food, regular exercise, and staying clean.
Important guests at the event included Kusupanga Sarpanch Anitha Nayak, Kusupanga UP School Principal Jyosnarani Behera, respected villager Pradhya Kumar Nayak, and TSF Public Health Manager Gayatri Nayak. During the program, TSF honored the health workers by presenting them with tokens of appreciation for their hard work and commitment.
